Weighing machine to software communication

Operators were reading weights off an indicator and typing them into the billing software — slow, error-prone and easy to manipulate.

Solution: An interface to the weighing indicator streams stable weights through an edge gateway directly into the client's software, auto-creating weigh tickets.
Hardware: Indicator interface (RS-232), edge gateway with offline buffer
Software: Ticketing module, ERP sync API, audit log
Result: Zero manual weight entry and a full, tamper-proof record of every weighment.

Attendance machines connected to a central system

Each site had its own attendance device. Data was collected by USB, merged in spreadsheets and sent to payroll days later.

Solution: Every terminal now pushes punches live to one central server, with a multi-site dashboard for HR and automated payroll exports.
Hardware: Biometric terminals, site network / 4G connectivity
Software: Central attendance server, shift rules, HRMS export
Result: Real-time headcount across sites and payroll-ready data on day one of the month.

Conveyor belt + QR code product sorting

Products were sorted by hand at the end of the line — a bottleneck at peak volume and a source of mis-shipments.

Solution: QR scanners above the conveyor identify each item; a controller applies routing rules and triggers diverters to send it to the right bin.
Hardware: Industrial QR readers, controller, diverter actuators
Software: SKU routing rules, throughput dashboard, item log
Result: Hands-free sorting with every item traceable to its scan and destination.

Satwik · Tank cleaning

Tank analysis — is cleaning required?

Satwik's tank-cleaning teams needed an objective way to tell customers whether a tank actually needs cleaning, instead of relying on a visual check.

Solution: A probe-based analyser measures water quality and sediment and returns a clear clean / not-clean verdict, with a report for the customer.
Hardware: Turbidity & TDS probes, sediment sensing, analyser unit
Software: Decision model, per-tank history, technician app & reports
Result: Data-backed recommendations that customers can see and trust.

Temperature sensors direct to dashboard, with thresholds

Cold rooms and sensitive spaces were checked manually a few times a day — leaving hours where a failure could go unnoticed.

Solution: Sensors report continuously to a live dashboard. Each zone has min/max thresholds that trigger SMS, email or WhatsApp alerts instantly.
Hardware: Wireless temperature / humidity sensors, gateway
Software: Live dashboard, threshold rules, escalation, reports
Result: Problems caught in minutes, not hours — with a complete record for audits.

Car number plate detection for parking

Guards were writing vehicle numbers in registers — slow at peak hours and nearly impossible to search later.

Solution: ANPR cameras read plates at entry and exit, open the boom gate for authorised vehicles and log every visit with a snapshot.
Hardware: ANPR cameras, boom barrier controller, edge unit
Software: Plate recognition, access rules, parking log & analytics
Result: Contactless entry for registered vehicles and a searchable record of every visit.
