We stay with the system after go-live.
Devices, gateways and software — we monitor, maintain and fix all of it. Reach us the way that suits you, or raise a ticket below.
Remote diagnostics
Most devices can be checked and updated remotely — often fixed before you notice.
We often know before you do.
Every Icetronix deployment reports its own health — device heartbeats, connectivity, sync queues and server uptime. If something drifts, our team is alerted and starts working on it.
- Device offline & low-battery alerts
- Offline buffering — no data lost during network drops
- Remote firmware and software updates
- Monthly health report on higher plans

Choose the level of cover you need.
Every project includes a warranty period. After that, pick an annual maintenance plan that matches how critical the system is.

Common questions.
Can you work with machines and software we already have?
Yes — that's most of our work. We regularly integrate existing weighing indicators, attendance terminals, PLCs and cameras, and connect them to software like Tally, SAP, custom ERPs and HRMS through APIs or database sync.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Our gateways buffer data locally and sync automatically when the connection returns, so nothing is lost. Critical logic — like opening a gate or triggering a diverter — runs on site and doesn't depend on the cloud.
Is the software hosted in the cloud or on our servers?
Either. We can host and manage it for you in the cloud, or deploy on your own servers if your IT or compliance policy requires it.
Do you provide the hardware too, or only software?
Both. We recommend, source, assemble and install the hardware, and build the software around it. If you prefer a specific brand of device, we'll work with that.
How long does a typical IoT project take?
A focused single-site project typically goes from discovery to pilot in 4–8 weeks. Multi-site rollouts depend on scale. See each stage of our project lifecycle →
Who owns the data?
You do. All data collected by your system belongs to you, and you can export it at any time.
What's covered under warranty?
Every project includes a warranty period covering hardware defects and software bugs. After that, an annual maintenance plan keeps support, updates and on-site visits going.
